Panopio, it has grown into a full blown Homegrown BPO. It all started with two seats working as a customer service representative for an insurance company based in the Michigan, USA. By providing excellent service to it’s first client, the company grew in numbers from two seats to five seats, from one client to multiple clients through referrals. From then on, IAM Contact Solutions became one most promising BPO company north of the Philippines. Currently, we provide quality agents for logistics, customer service, sales and social media marketing for small, medium and big companies based in the US.
